I was waiting for one hour even if I had an appointment. I was asked to pay the test because the guy who is working there didn't know that it's covered by the insurance. 20 min waiting to get the label and then 30 min more because he didn't gave me the scanned cup to get the saliva PCR test. I have to say that the girl who is taking the samples is really kind.
