I needed to wait 18 mins until the person before to finish so I don't why to bother to make reservations. This is the second time in row. In my previous appointment, I got request from your side to change the barber to someone else as he will finish very late!
I think you should put some gaps between your reservation slots at least 15 mins to not waste others time waiting or inform by message at least 1 hour before if there's delays.
