I wanted to thank you for the training sessions – I truly appreciate the opportunity to participate. Francisco is an amazing coach, and I really enjoy the way he explains everything so clearly and makes an effort to involve everyone during the matches. His positive and professional attitude makes a big difference.
However, I would like to share a small concern. I’ve noticed that some players in the beginner group already play at a more advanced level, which is generally fine and even motivating. Most of them are very kind and respectful, but unfortunately, there is one player – a Czech girl – who has been shouting at her teammates during matches when things don’t go as she expects. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for those of us who are there to learn and enjoy the game in a supportive environment.
I understand that everyone brings different levels of experience and energy, but for many of us, this group is also about having a good time and building confidence. I truly appreciate how Francisco remains calm and professional even in these challenging moments.
